Orders should ship within 1 week of purchase, typically on FRIDAYS (must order before 8PM EST on a Monday prior). Packages will be shipped from USPS with basic tracking. Standard U.S. Holidays may affect shipping dates.
Holidays & Gifts: If you are ordering items for a specific holiday or special occasion it is recommended you place your order at least 3 weeks before the date of said holiday or occasion. I make no delivery guarantees as shipping situations outside of my control may happen (e.g. holiday hours, weather, pandemics, etc.). Please be kind to sellers as delays are usually out of their control.
EXTERNAL FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
PRINTFUL: Several items such as prints, mugs, clothing, and stickers will be sent from Printful. Fulfillment and shipping will depend on their capacity at the time of ordering. - International: I currently do not ship internationally yet.
- United States: Estimated 7-14 business days.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING POLICES:
- Please be aware that during current circumstances with the global shipping situation and the holidays, all estimated times may not be met and your package could be delayed by several days. That being said, so far many packages have made it to their destinations with minimal to no delays.
- Please ensure that your address is correct when checking out. I will not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses on file.
- Once the item is shipped I will not be able to make any changes or additions to your order, nor am I responsible for any delays or problems caused by the shipping carrier. If there are issues with your shipment, I will work with you to help you find a solution.
- Returns/Refunds: I do not offer refunds if the item has already shipped out until the item is returned to me. Return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. If an item is flawed or defective, please contact me immediately so we can find a resolution.
- Since I am just one person, I cannot replace lost/stolen items, but I can offer a discount to replace the order. If an item gets lost in the mail, please contact me asap. If possible, I can file an insurance claim and give refunds/ship back once the claim is accepted.
