CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me within within 12 hours of placing your order at email@example.com.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
- Refunds are only available for items that have not been shipped yet, or have been returned and reviewed and approved
- I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- Exchanges are only available for items of the same value if approved.
- Exchanged items cannot be shipped until the returned item or items are received and approved.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS HAS DAMAGES OR ISSUES?
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue.
- I will not review items after 3 days of being received at the shipping destination .
- Digital Items or downloads are no returnable or refundable.
- Items bought on sale or close out are not returnable.
